Return & Exchange Policy
All retail cannabis purchases are considered a final sale. However, SF Green Delivery may offer a refund or exchange under one of the following circumstances:
- If an accessory product arrives damaged and/or has a complete failure.
- If you were delivered an incorrect product, or if an item is missing from your delivery.
- If you have submitted a complaint via the Product Feedback Form and, based on investigation of the complaint, the licensed producer has provided SF Green Delivery with approval to issue a refund.
In any of the qualifying circumstances listed above, the refund or exchange must be completed within 24 hours of the original purchase.
